In 1987, Sea Well Seafood opened its doors on a quiet stretch of High Street in Stonington — a fishing village where the harbor is the heartbeat of the community. What began as a modest oyster bar has grown into one of Connecticut's most respected seafood destinations, yet our philosophy remains unchanged.

Every morning, our team meets the boats as they come in. We choose each fish, each shellfish, with the same care our founders showed three decades ago. We work only with local fishermen who share our commitment to sustainable practices and exceptional quality.
